What’s new?

Here’s what has been going on lately.

I came in 7th in a $20PLO tournament today. It was good to make a final table, but the $80 payout kind of sucked for the time put in. Plus the hand I got knocked out on was AAxx vs KKxx, which is never fun. I was really expecting to finish 1st or 2nd.

Only four people are registered in my BloggerPods tournament so far. If I held it today, you’d have a 75% chance to win an iPod for $1. Get registered before you forget! It’s 1 month away.

I got my 4gb iPod from pokerstars two days ago. Finally something cool from the FPP store! My previous purchases were stress star, knit beanie, fleece (horrible), ¾ sleeve shirt, poker chips, ect… I wish I knew pokerstars would revamp its store before I bought all that promotional stuff. I had over 100k fpp’s at one point before the VIP club.

DADI 7 ‘DADI I’m going home’ has been announced and is scheduled for June 29th on pokerstars. With about $500 in fun stuff added in this one, I think this will be the best DADI event so far.

Also pokerstars is holding a $1,050 million dollar guaranteed tournament on Sunday. First prize is going to be crazy. I’m not going to buy into it directly, but I’ll take a shot at a few satellites to get in it. So far I’m 0/1. If I won that tournament, I’d probably just quit poker. That would be enough for me.
