Full Tilt Poker adds podcasts
Living up to their slogan, “learn from the pro’s”, Full Tilt Poker recently added a multimedia section to their website. In this section you can get tips from the pros in the form of podcasts and vodcasts which are like audio and video blogs.
After seeing howard lederers no limit holdem secrets video I wasn’t expecting much from these. Half of the video was the rules of poker and the other half was ABC strategy. But the podcasts turned out to be really good. The advice is detailed and on specific aspects of poker rather then being, “the top 10 starting hands are AA, KK…”
My favorite one so far is Chris Fergusons podcast on bankroll management. Two years ago he challenged himself to build a bankroll out of $1 playing online no limit holdem using discipline and bankroll management. He would only play a limit if he had 20 buy ins, which is 5% of his bankroll, and drop down a limit if he had less then that. He ended up turning that dollar into over $20,000 in 3 months without ever breaking the 20 buy-in rule. I know a bunch of NWP members that can learn from this.

Full tilt poker is also one of the few mac poker rooms.

Mr. Ferguson starting then with 5 cent buyings in? That sound to Wong awfully lame.
