Couldn’t get away from this hand

I know I said I wouldn’t post any more bad beat hand histories but here’s one that doesn’t happen every day. This hand was limped preflop, checked on the turn, and then played out on the river. bet, raise, reraise, reraise. I was just trying to squeeze as many chips as possible.

I’m thinking - ‘He must either really not think I have an ace, or not know there’s four hearts’. After we were both all in I see that he has the eight of hearts and i’m thinking - ‘jeez, he really over played that hand’. It took me a second to realize he had a straight flush.

Shortly after this hand, my nose started bleeding.

(No, I didn’t really get a bloody nose, but I felt one coming :cry:)
